Tourism and Business
We developed and delivered the Business Activator program to increase small-business capabilities in the Bega Valley.
On behalf of Bega Valley Shire Council, we designed the program to unify skills support for business, deliver capacity training and mentoring opportunities, foster local industry leadership, and provide cluster-based industry support.
Business Activator included one-on-one mentoring support, specialist workshops, networking events and a dedicated small business grant delivered directly to operators.
